Suspension of Broker

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended M/s Subhash Karkhanis Share & Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd, member of Bombay Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB 010991339) for a period of three months for irregularities in issuance of contract notes, not maintaining proper segregation between Clients' Funds and Own Funds, not reporting off-the-floor transactions to the Stock Exchange, not entered into agreement with sub brokers and not maintaining Sauda Book. 
 
M/s Subhash Karkhanis Share & Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd, member of Bombay Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from December 17, 2001 till March 16, 2002.
