Warning to Broker

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has warned M/s SKG Shares & Stock Brokers Ltd., member of Delhi Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No INB 05098538) for irregularities in issuance of contract notes, dealing with unregistered sub brokers, not reporting off-the-floor-transactions, irregularities in obtaining client registration forms and not maintaining strict segregation of own account and clients' account. 

The warning has been served in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules & Regulations, 1992.
