Suspension of certificate of registration of M/s Krishna Kumar Daga of CSE

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s. Krishna Kumar Daga, member of CSE (SEBI Reg. No. INB030044216) for a period of three months. The penalty is imposed for dealing in off-market transactions. 
 
M/s. Krishna Kumar Daga, member of CSE will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from September 2, 2003 till December 1, 2003.
