Suspension of certificate of registration of M/s SKC Share & Stock Broking Services (P) Ltd., Member of CSE
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s SKC Share & Stock Broking Services (P) Ltd., member of CSE (SEBI Reg. No. INB-031018436) for a period of one year. The penalty is imposed for dealing in off-market transactions, non-segregation of clients’ funds and own funds and indulged in fund based activities.
M/s SKC Share & Stock Broking Services (P) Ltd., member of CSE will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from September 3, 2003 till September 2, 2004.
