Suspension of certificate of registration of M/s. Gautam Bajoria, Member of CSE

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s Gautam Bajoria, member of CSE (SEBI Reg. No. INB030724412) for a period of one year. The penalty is imposed for dealing in off-market transactions, non-segregation of clients’ funds and own funds and indulged in fund based activities. 
 
M/s Gautam Bajoria, member of CSE will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from September 3, 2003 till September 2, 2004.
