SUSPENSION OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION OF M/S. INTEC
SHARE & STOCK BROKERS LTD., MEMBER OF THE NATIONAL
STOCK EXCHANGE OF INDIA LTD.
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s. Intec Share & Stock Brokers Ltd., Member of The National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (SEBI Regn. No. INB230877337) for a period of four (4) months with effect from September 15, 2003. The penalty is imposed inter alia for not maintaining proper segregation of clients’ and own funds, failure to maintain client database, indulging in off the floor transactions, delay in delivery of securities to clients dealing in cash with clients etc.
M/s. Intec Share & Stock Brokers Ltd., Member of The National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from September 15, 2003 till January 15, 2004
