SUSPENSION OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION OF SUSHILABAI
RUNGTA (TRADE NAME : SUSHILA NIRMAL KUMAR RUNGTA)
MEMBER OF THE STOCK EXCHANGE, MUMBAI

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of Sushilabai Rungta (Trade Name : Sushila Nirmal Kumar Rungta) Member of The Stock Exchange, Mumbai (SEBI Regn. No. INB010026717) for a period of twelve (12) months with effect from September 15, 2003. The penalty is imposed inter alia for not maintaining proper segregation of clients’ and own funds, irregularities in issuance of contract notes, failure to maintain client registration agreements, indulging in off the floor transactions, gala transactions, issuance of fictitious contract notes accepting deposits from the constituents etc.
 
Sushila Rungta (Trade Name : Sushila Nirmal Kumar Rungta) Member of The Stock Exchange, Mumbai will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from September 15, 2003 till September 15, 2004.
