Suspension of certificate of registration of M/s Kandoi Securities Pvt. Ltd., Member of CSE
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s Kandoi Securities Pvt. Ltd., SEBI Reg. No. INB 030757437, member of CSE for a period of one year. The penalty is imposed for dealing in off-market transactions & negotiated deals, non-segregation of clients’ funds and own funds and indulged in fund based activities.
M/s Kandoi Securities Pvt. Ltd., member of CSE will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from September 16, 2003 till September 15, 2004.
