Sub: M/s. Fortuna Agro Plantations Ltd., Kolkata- Order under section 11B of the SEBI Act, 1992 read with the SEBI (Collective Investment Schemes) Regulations, 1999 passed by SEBI

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide its Order dated August 28, 2003 has debarred M/s. Fortuna Agro Plantations Ltd., Kolkata (FAPL) and its concerned officials from operating in the capital market and from accessing the capital market for a period of 5 years from the date of the Order. FAPL has failed to comply with the earlier Order of SEBI dated April 2, 2003 directing it to refund the money collected under the scheme(s) with returns due to the investors as per the terms of the offer within a period of one month from the date of the said Order.
