M/S BHUPALI SECURITIES

SEBI had conducted investigations into the transactions executed by the brokers Dangi Finance and Management Consultancy Ltd. and Libord Securities Ltd. At their Kohlapur terminal. Pursuant to investigations, SEBI after considering the facts found M/S Bhupali Securities and its partners Shri Sagar Kajbaje and Smt. Smita Kajbaje guilty of violating the provisions of SEBI regulations. Chairman, SEBI vide order dated August 26, 2003 has directed M/S Bhupali Securities and its partners Shri Sagar Kajbaje and Smt. Smita Kajbaje not to deal in securities for a period of three years. The order shall come into effect from August 26, 2003.
