SEBI had conducted investigations into the dealings in the scrip of Tactfull Investments Ltd. Pursuant to investigations, SEBI after considering the facts found New Age Finsec (P) Ltd. guilty of violating the provisions of SEBI regulations. Chairman, SEBI vide order dated September 2, 2003 has warned New Age Finsec P Ltd. and its director Viz. Shri Sanjiv Mahajan to be more careful in future and advised them to note that any violation of a similar nature in future shall be treated seriously and shall invite serious action.
