SEBI Order Against Punjab National Bank, Shahibaug Branch, Ahmedabad
"SEBI has passed an order dated September 10, 2003, against Punjab National Bank, Shahibaug Branch, Ahmedabad, in the case of Maha Chemicals Ltd., debarring them from carrying out the activities as a Banker to an Issue for a period of two months, for accepting the applications accompanied by stock invests much after the closure of public issue, etc. The order will come into force after three weeks from the date of the order.
