M/s. Life Care India Limited

SEBI vide its Order passed on September 12, 2003, has debarred M/s Life Care India Ltd., Jagatsinghpur, Orissa and its concerned officials from operating in the capital market and from accessing the capital market for a period of 5 years from the date of the said Order. The said entity has failed to comply with the earlier Order of SEBI directing it to refund the money collected under its Collective Investment Schemes with returns due to the investors as per the terms of the offer within a period of one month from the date of the said Order.
