SUSPENSION OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION OF M/S. ENIGMA FINANCIAL SERVICES PVT. LTD. MEMBER OF UTTAR PRADESH STOCK EXCHANGE.
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of
M/s. Enigma Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. (SEBI Regn. No. INB101023233) Member of the Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchangefor a period of four (4) months with effect from October 17, 2003. The penalty is imposed for dealing as unregistered sub-broker, dealing with unregistered sub-broker, indulging in carry-forward transactions, off the floor transactions, delay in payment to clients etc.
M/s. Enigma Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. Member of the Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from October 17, 2003 till February 17, 2004.
