Suspension of certificate of registration of M/s Doogar and Associates Securities Ltd.
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s Doogar and Associates Securities Ltd. (SEBI Regn. No. INB 230876132) for a period of seven days. The penalty has been imposed for acting as sub brokers in DSE without obtaining a separate registration from SEBI.
Accordingly, M/s Doogar and Associates Securities Ltd. are not entitled to act as a broker for a period of seven days. This order shall come into effect from three weeks of the date of this order i.e. 10.10.2003.
