SUBJECT: SUSPENSION OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION OF MANOJ J. DOSHI, MEMBER NSE.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of
Manoj J. Doshi, member NSE and a broker registered with SEBI (SEBI Regn. No. INB 230649317) for a period of two months. The penalty has been imposed for the failure on part of the broker to exercise due skill, care and diligence while dealing with his clients M/s K. P. Investment in the scrip of M/s Morepen Hotels Limited.
Accordingly, Manoj J. Doshi is not entitled to act as a broker for a period of two months. This order shall come into effect from three weeks of the date of this order i.e. 21.10.2003.
