DIVISION OF POLICY AND SUPERVISION - I

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s. M. Agarwal Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd. (SEBI Reg. No. INB050987833) member of the Delhi Stock Exchange for a period of one (1) month with effect from November 11, 2003. The penalty is imposed for non-segregation of own and client’s funds, irregularities in issuance of Contract Notes, delay in payment to clients etc.


M/s. M. Agarwal Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd. member of the Delhi Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from November 11, 2003 till December 11, 2003.
