Suspension of certificate of registration of Mohan Malpani, stock broker of the MPSE pursuant to investigations in the matter of Eonour Technologies Ltd.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of Mohan Malpani, SEBI registration no INB.-070164119, a stock broker of the Madhya Pradesh Stock Exchange pursuant to the investigations in the matter of Eonour Technologies Ltd. for a period of six months. 
 
Mohan Malpani shall not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from November 26, 2003 to May 25 2004 both days inclusive.
