Member, Shri A K Batra, SEBI has passed an Order no. MO/21/IVD/11/03 dated 06/11/2003, against Shri Kishan Gopal Somani in the matter of M/s. Saatal Katha and Chemicals Ltd. Vide the aforesaid Order, Member feels that this case does not warrant issuance of directions under section 11B of the SEBI Act, 1992, however Shri Kishan Gopal Somani is hereby advised to be cautious in future in his dealings in the securities market.
