SUBJECT: SUSPENSION OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION OF M/S. ANSH PORTFOLIO KENDRA PVT. LTD., MEMBER OF DELHI STOCK EXCHANGE.
ISSUED BY: MARKET INTERMEDIARIES REGULATIONS AND SUPERVISION DEPARTMENT DIVISION OF POLICY AND SUPERVISION -I The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s. Ansh Portfolio Kendra Pvt. Ltd. (SEBI Reg. No. INB051002838) member of the Delhi Stock Exchange for a period of One (1) month with effect from December 03, 2003. The penalty is imposed for Irregularities in maintenance of books of accounts (Document Register), Contract Notes, Indulging in off the floor transactions, Dealing with unregistered sub-broker, Delay in delivery of securities etc.
M/s. Ansh Portfolio Kendra Pvt. Ltd. member of the Delhi Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from December 03, 2003 till January 03, 2004.
