SUSPENSION OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION OF M/s. PARKLIGHT SECURITIES LTD., MEMBER AHMEDABAD STOCK EXCHANGE

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s. Parklight Securities Ltd (SEBI Reg. No. INB021033259) member of the Ahmedabad Stock Exchange for a period of six (6) months with effect from December 15, 2003. The penalty is imposed for indulging in to off the floor transactions, non-segregation of own and client’s funds, irregularities in issuance of Contract Notes, non-maintenance of client agreement etc.
M/s. Parklight Securities Ltd., member of the Ahmedabad Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from December 15, 2003 till June 15, 2004.
