Order u/s 11 B against M/s Snowcem India Ltd pursuant to investigations in the matter of Snowcem India Ltd.
SEBI vide order dated December 05, 2003 restrained M/s Snowcem India Ltd. from buying, selling or dealing in securities in any manner, directly or indirectly for a period of two years for their role in the price manipulation of the scrip Snowcem India Ltd.
