SUSPENSION OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION OF M/S.NAM SECURITIES LTD.,MEMBER OF DELHI STOCK EXCHANGE
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate
of registration of M/s. NAM Securities Ltd. (SEBI Reg. No. INB050771030)
member of the Delhi Stock Exchange for a period of fifteen (15) days with effect
from December 26, 2003. The penalty is imposed for Irregularities in issuance of
Contract Notes, dealing with unregistered sub-broker etc.
M/s. NAM
Securities Ltd. member of the Delhi Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry
on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from December 26, 2003 till
January 09, 2004.
