SHRI SUNIL KUMAR

SEBI had conducted investigations into the dealings in the scrip of Tactfull Investments Ltd. Pursuant to investigations, SEBI after considering the facts found Shri Sunil Kumar guilty of violating the provisions of SEBI regulations. Whole-Time Member, SEBI vide order dated December 15, 2003 has directed Shri Sunil Kumar to disassociate himself from the securities market and not to buy, sell or otherwise deal in securities for a period of 1 year. This order shall come into effect 21 days after the date of order.
