Suspension of certificate of registration of M/s Renu Poddar, Member of CSE

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s Renu Poddar, SEBI Reg. No. INB 031066310, member of CSE for a period of six months. The penalty is imposed for their indulgence in off-market transactions and fund based activities.

M/s Renu Poddar, member of CSE will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from January 5, 2004 till July 4, 2004.
