SUSPENSION OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION OF M/S. VKB CAPITAL SERVICES LTD. MEMBER OF LUDHIANA STOCK EXCHANGE.
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of
M/s. VKB Capital Services Ltd. (SEBI Regn. No. INB120756233) Member of the Ludhiana Stock Exchange for a period of three (3) months with effect from January 07, 2004. The penalty is imposed for irregularities in maintenance of books of accounts, irregularities in issuance of Contract Notes, non-segregation of funds, dealing as un-registered sub-broker, indulging in off the floor transactions, delay in payment and delivery of securities to its clients and non-payment of SEBI Registration fees etc.
M/s. VKB Capital Services Ltd. Member of the Ludhiana Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from January 07, 2004 till April 06, 2004.
