SUSPENSION OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION OF M/S. D. AGARWAL & CO. MEMBER OF LUDHIANA STOCK EXCHANGE.
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of
M/s. D. Agarwal & Co. (SEBI Regn. No. INB120318311) Member of the Ludhiana Stock Exchange for a period of one (1) month with effect from January 07, 2004. The penalty is imposed for irregularities in issuance of Contract Notes, non-segregation of funds, dealing as un-registered sub-broker, Non-maintenance of client database, indulging in off the floor transactions etc.
M/s. D. Agarwal & Co. Member of the Ludhiana Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from January 07, 2004 till February 06, 2004.
