Suspension of certificate of registration of M/s Dinesh Kumar Modi & Co., Member of CSE
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of
M/s Dinesh Kumar Modi & Co., SEBI Reg. No. INB
030741610, member of CSE for a period of six months. The penalty is imposed for their indulgence in off-market transactions and fund based activities.
M/s Dinesh Kumar Modi & Co., member of CSE will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from January 7, 2004 till July 6, 2004. |
