Newage Finsec Pvt. Ltd. & Shri Sunil Kumar

SEBI had conducted investigations into the dealings in the scrip of Vatsa World Ltd. Pursuant to investigations, SEBI after considering the facts found Newage Finsec Pvt. Ltd. and Shri Sunil Kumar guilty of violating the provisions of SEBI regulations. Whole-Time Member, SEBI vide orders dated December 17, 2003 has prohibited Newage Finsec Pvt. Ltd. and Shri Sunil Kumar from buying, selling or dealing in securities, in any manner, directly or indirectly for a period of two years. The orders shall come into force from the date of order.
