Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide order dated January 07, 2005, in the matter of M/s. DSQ Industries Ltd., has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s. Niraj Kumar Balasaria Pvt. Ltd., SEBI Reg. No. INB 030037115, member of Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE) for a period of three months. The penalty is imposed for creation of artificial market in the shares of M/s. DSQ Industries Ltd. by M/s. Niraj Kumar Balasaria.
The certificate of registration of M/s. Niraj Kumar Balasaria Pvt. Ltd. will be suspended from January 28, 2005 till April 27, 2005.
