Prohibition of M/s. Arihant Exim Scrip Pvt. Ltd. and M/s. Doe Jones Investments & Consultants Pvt. Ltd. from accessing securities market
in the matter of DSQ Industries Ltd.
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide order dated January 19, 2005, in the matter of DSQ Industries Ltd., has prohibited M/s. Arihant Exim Scrip Pvt. Ltd. and M/s. Doe Jones Investments & Consultants Pvt. Ltd., formerly, members of Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE) to buy, sell or deal in the securities market for a period of two years. The penalty is imposed for creation of artificial market in the shares of DSQ Industries Ltd.
M/s. Arihant Exim Scrip Pvt. Ltd. and M/s. Doe Jones Investments & Consultants Pvt. Ltd. will not be entitled to access the securities market and deal in securities with effect from January 19, 2005 till January 18, 2007.
