Registration of M/s. CFL Securities Ltd., member of NSE, suspended

Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has passed an order dated January 19, 2005 suspending the certificate of registration of M/s. CFL Securities Ltd., member of National Stock Exchange, for a period of six months. 
 
M/s. CFL Securities Ltd., violated the provisions of SEBI circulars, SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices) Regulations and SEBI Stock Broker Regulations.
