Registration of M/s. Paark Securities Pvt. Ltd., a sub broker, suspended

M/s. Paark Securities Pvt. Ltd., a sub broker., has been suspended for a period of six months. The order was passed by SEBI on January 27, 2005. This order shall come into force with effect from February 17, 2005.
 
M/s. Paark Securities Pvt. Ltd. violated the provisions of SEBI Circulars, SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices) Regulations 1995 and SEBI (Stock Broker and Sub Brokers) Regulations 1992.
