M/s. Business Point Services and M/s. Vishal Enterprises
debarred from securities market
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued directions under section 11B of the SEBI Act, 1992 against M/s. Business Point Services and M/s. Vishal Enterprises restraining them from accessing securities market and also prohibiting them from buying, selling or dealing in securities for a period of one year. These orders have been passed by SEBI on February 18, 2005.
The directions have been issued against both the entities as their dealings in the scrip of M/s. Ritesh Polyester Ltd. had caused loss to the genuine investors who had purchased these shares.
