Suspension of Certificate of Registration of M/s. ICDS Securities Ltd.
in the matter of Home Trade Ltd.
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide order dated September 01, 2005, in the matter of Home Trade Ltd., has suspended Certificate of Registration of M/s. ICDS Securities Ltd., SEBI Reg. No. INB 080763733, member, Bangalore Stock Exchange (BgSE) for a period of 30 days. The penalty is imposed for creation of false market in the scrip of Home Trade Ltd. and failure to exercise due care and skill in dealing with the clients by M/s. ICDS Securities Ltd.
The certificate of registration of M/s. ICDS Securities Ltd., member of BgSE will be suspended from September 22, 2005 till October 21, 2005.
