Securities and Exchange Board of India(SEBI) vide order dated October 14, 2005, has imposed a minor penalty of ‘Censure’ on M/s Vishal J. Shah & Co., SEBI Reg. No. INB 031122618, member Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE). The action has been imposed in the case of DSQ Industries Ltd.
