Suspension of Certificate of Registration of M/s. Amin Mulani
in the matter of Home Trade Ltd.
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide order dated October 24, 2005, in the matter of Home Trade Ltd., has suspended Certificate of Registration of
M/s. Amin Mulani, SEBI Reg. No. INB 110973416, member, Pune Stock Exchange (PSE) for a period of
18 months. The penalty is imposed on M/s. Amin Mulani for indulging in circular trading, manipulation of the price, creation of artificial market by rigging the price of the scrip of Home Trade Ltd., violation of code of conduct for brokers, failure to exercise due care and skill in dealing with the clients.
The certificate of registration of M/s. Amin Mulani, member of PSE will be suspended from
November 15, 2005 till May 14, 2007.
