Registration of M/s. Dhananjay Securities, Member of CSE, suspended
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has passed an order dated May 22, 2006, suspending the certificate of registration of M/s. Dhananjay Securities (SEBI Reg. No. INB031141139), member of the Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE) for a period of one month with effect from June 12, 2006. The penalty is imposed for non maintenance of statutory books, non-maintenance and deficiencies in maintenance of client database agreements and registration forms, delayed payment / delivery to the clients, dealing as unregistered sub-broker, not reporting off the floor transactions etc.
M/s. Dhananjay Securities, will not be entitled to carry on the business as a broker with effect from June 12, 2006 to July 11, 2006.
