Order against 13 entities for freezing of shares in the scrip of 

M/s. Aastha Broadcasting Network Limited

Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide order dated 7th June, 2006 has directed that the shares of M/s. Aastha Broadcasting Network Limited (formerly M/s. CMM Broadcasting Network Limited) lying in the demat accounts of 13 entities which were frozen by an earlier interim order of SEBI dated January 15, 2004 and confirmed by an interim order dated June 15, 2004, shall continue to remain frozen till January 14, 2007.
 
It was observed by SEBI that these 13 entities had bought shares in off market transactions from preferential allottees who were irregularly allotted the preferential shares by M/s. Aastha Broadcasting Network Limited.
