Order in the matter of M/s. Home Trade Ltd.
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has passed an order on August 30, 2006 suspending certificate of registration of M/s. Gayathri & Co.,Member, Bangalore Stock Exchange Ltd. (BgSE), SEBI Regn. No.INB080169817 for a period of fifteen days in the matter of M/s. Home Trade Ltd.
The penalty is imposed for irregularities in maintaining the Know Your Client forms, not maintaining client registration form and failing to exercise due diligence while trading for clients in the scrip of M/s. Home Trade Ltd. The certificate of registration of M/s. Gayathri & Co., Member of BgSE will be suspended from September 20, 2006 till October 04, 2006.
