Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated August 31, 2006, suspending the certificate of registration of M/s. T. G. Financial Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (SEBI Reg. No. INB100978235), member of the Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchange (UPSE) for a period of one (1) month with effect from September 21, 2006.
M/s. T. G. Financial Consultants Pvt. Ltd., will not be entitled to carry on the business as a broker with effect from September 21, 2006 to October 20, 2006.
