Order in the matter of M/s. DSQ Industries Ltd.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has passed an order on September 08, 2006 suspending certificate of registration of M/s. Amratlal Gopalji Thacker, member, Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Ltd., SEBI Registration No. INB030785313 for a period of three months in the matter of M/s. DSQ Industries Ltd. 
 
The penalty is imposed for indulging in synchronized transactions and circular trading, creation of artificial market while dealing in the scrip of M/s. DSQ Industries Ltd. The certificate of registration of M/s. Amratlal Gopalji Thacker, member of CSE Ltd. will be suspended from September 29, 2006 till December 28, 2006.
