Shri V. K. Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated September 19, 2006, suspending the certificate of registration of M/s. Malay Investment & Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. (SEBI Reg. No. INB100830439), member of the Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchange (UPSE) for a period of fifteen days with effect from October 10, 2006.
M/s. Malay Investment & Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., will not be entitled to carry on the business as a broker with effect from October 10, 2006 to October 24, 2006.
