Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated September 29, 2006, suspending the certificate of registration of Shri Suresh Prabhu K.
(SEBI Registration No. INB080167613), member of the Bangalore Stock Exchange
(BgSE) for a period of fifteen days with effect from October 20, 2006.
Shri Suresh Prabhu K. will not be entitled to carry on the business as a broker with effect from October 20, 2006 to November 3, 2006.
