Registration of M/s. Century Consultants Ltd., suspended

Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed final order against M/s. Century Consultants Ltd. (CCL) on December 15, 2006 directing suspension of the certificates of registration as broker of National Stock Exchange (NSE), Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and Over The Counter Exchange of India (OTCEI) for a further period of two years from the date of the order, for its role in the dealings in the scrip of the M/s. Cyberspace Ltd. Earlier, vide orders dated April 06, 2001 and May 18, 2001 SEBI had debarred CCL from undertaking any fresh business as brokers till further orders.
