Registration of M/s. Sure Capital Pvt. Ltd., cancelled

Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has passed an order dated December 08, 2006 cancelling the certificate of registration of M/s. Sure Capital Pvt. Ltd. (SEBI Regn. No. INS230875333), sub-broker affiliated to PSE Securities Ltd., member of National Stock Exchange from December 29, 2006.

M/s. Sure Capital Private Limited will not be entitled to carry on the business as a sub-broker with effect from December 29, 2006. The registration has been cancelled in terms of Sub-Regulation (5) of Regulation 16 of SEBI (Procedure for Holding Enquiry by Enquiry Officer and Imposing Penalty) Regulations, 2002.
