Order against M/s. Pawankumar Parmeshwarlal, Member of BSE, in the matter of M/s. Prabhu Steel Industries Ltd.

Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated June 27, 2007 suspending the Certificate of Registration of M/s. Pawankumar Parmeshwarlal, Member of Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. (BSE), for a period of two months in the matter of M/s. Prabhu Steel Industries Ltd.

The order shall come into force on the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
