Certificate of registration of M/s. Abhilashaa Securities Pvt. Ltd., suspended for one month
Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated July 17, 2007, against M/s. Abhilashaa Securities Pvt. Ltd., sub-broker of M/s. Angel Broking Ltd. (earlier sub broker of M/s. Kantilal Mangaldas Pvt. Ltd.), in the matter of M/s. MOH Ltd. imposing a minor penalty of suspension of certificate of registration (SEBI Registration no. INS011209934) for a period of one month.
The order shall come into force on the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
