Certificate of registration of M/s. Royal Investments,

suspended for fifteen days

Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated July 23, 2007, against M/s. Royal Investments, sub-broker of M/s. B.D. Shah Securities Pvt. Ltd., (Broker, Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd.) in the matter of M/s. MOH Ltd. imposing a minor penalty of suspension of certificate of registration (SEBI Registration no. INS010275712) for a period of fifteen days.
 
The order shall come into force on the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
