Certificate of registration of M/s. Pals Overseas Pvt. Ltd., suspended
Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, vide Order dated July 31, 2007 in the case of M/s. Roofit Industries Ltd. has directed that Certificate of registration of M/s. Pals Overseas Pvt. Ltd., Member of Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. (BSE), be suspended for a period of four months for their irregular dealings in the scrip of M/s. Roofit Industries Ltd.
The order shall come into force after the expiry of three weeks from the date of the order.
